FEES AND COSTS.
Basic membership is free. Basic members can add their residential and commercial rental listings, their contact info and add pictures of themselves and the rental premises for free. To search the residential and commercial rental listings and contact the individual that listed the premises, one must pay to subscribe.
Subscription fees:
Does not renew automatically and is a one-time fee: $10.99 for a 3-day trial, $19.99 for 30 days, and $29.99 for 60 days.
Does renew automatically and is not a one-time fee: A recurring monthly membership is also available for $15.99 per month and renews automatically.
Rocker Roommate may occasionally offer discounts. All fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the expiration of your subscription. If you do cancel your account before your subscription expires, your subscription will remain active until the expiration of the original subscription upgrade period.
We offer a payment gateway service provided through Pay Pal to pay your subscription. All verification data from this service is provided by Pay Pal, and we have no control over the data, questions, or other information provided through this service. Pay Pal is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the verification service, and the collection and the distribution of funds.
